Walter arrived on time. He worked diligently when doing my boiler’s annual maintenance. He was very professional.

I was without heat, the circulating pump wasn’t working and Bronson came by at 12:45 and checked the power source to the pump and then cleaned the fan/motor and got it working since then it’s been working fine but we ordered a new a part and he will have install it next week. He did such a great job trouble shooting Thanks so much

We called Skylands in a panic on a Saturday and Walter got back to us right away and helped walk us through the all the things we needed to check and spent so much time on the phone with us until he was able to help us resolve the issue! Now we are all toasty again! Walter is an asset to the Skylands family.

Bronson and his colleague had to come back to fix a complicated problem with several root causes. I called Skylands and they came back the very next day, and stayed for quite some time until my AC system was working completely. He explained all of the issues and showed me the bad part that needed fixing. I really appreciate the time and dedication spent to make sure our system was functioning properly. Thoroughness and attention to quality are always appreciated!
