Cracked Heat Exchanger

A cracked heat exchanger presents many issues. It can cause the accidental venting of carbon monoxide gas into a home. The original service call was to replace the Muller’s water heater and perform an annual heater tune-up. The water heater replacement was a straightforward job. We removed the old Arrow hot water heater with a new Bock® 32E oil fired hot water heater. Larry arrived on time and serviced my furnace in short order. He also noticed that the vent cap on my oil tank had fallen off. He loosened the bolt, greased it and re-set the cap on the pipe for me.
