Your Home Energy Report guides your decision on whether it's best to purchase a new high efficiency heating or cooling system, new doors, new windows, new hot water heater, etc. As long as your new equipment is 25% more efficient than whatever you are replacing, you qualify for a 50% cash rebate (some restrictions apply).
